We generally ship within 2-4 days after receiving the order. All mini sneakers are handmade. There are also some specific wood stand sets that need to be crafted on the fly, so it takes time.
 
There will be an email update to the email address you provided after delivery. It will contain the tracking URL and information of the package.

Can you make a specific sneaker style that is not offered on the website?

We actually have over 300 sneaker styles. But not all are displayed on the website.
